Everything was perfect, we had wonderful 2 days here.

Stayed here for 2 nights and liked our choice. Amazing service, although a few employees were extremely rude. The twin room was stocked, it included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe. The clean bathroom and the rest was perfectly clean.

Our bed was very uncomfortable.

Caring staff members are on shift.

Decent place for a city break in Sheffield. Hard-working stuff, very good services, including a great selection of amazing delicacies.

The hotel was impressive, and I loved polite staff and compact room. The venue had a very central location and it was walking distance to a modern museum. Found in a great area.

The place was attractive, clean, had second to none staff and location. We ate in the great restaurant on the top floor which was reasonably priced.

Luxurious, overall clean place with pleasant views. Smart, competent staff team on shift. Fab choice of toast and fruit for a full English breakfast.

The staff is knowledgeable, the breakfast generous, the ocation is easy not far from Kelham Island and tram stop.

What a superb place! Excellent service, adequate room and comfortable bathroom. The location was comfortable and the bed amazing. I visited snack bar and truly enjoyed bottled drinks.

Had a very good stay, nothing too much trouble. Staff were accommodating, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown. Moreover, I could explore sheffield town hall as it was near the place.

Absolutely excellent staff, romantic view, super breakfast. Rooms were well-equipped and absolutely perfect. Within a walking distance of the sandy beach. Service was very spectacular throughout our stay. It was as expected, had a very delightful stay.

We had a very nice stay in a long time. Soft bed, cool room, absolutely gorgeous, plentiful breakfast. We appreciated hot drinks at the snack bar. Truly brilliant service, as the staff was cheerful. Ideal location, easy walk to a city park.

Think it's excellent value for money for Sheffield. Our bed was absolutely comfy. There were some GOOD restaurants.

The hotel itself was deluxe and very clean with nice rooms and staff. Moreover, it had parking nearby. Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. We dined out at Grazie, set right at the venue.

the location was good and the staff was great. tea and coffee in the bar.

Nice breakfast selection. Sheffield cathedral that was 10 minutes walk away and other tourist spots were near to this place.
